1. Acceptance of Terms

Account verification (KYC) will be required before your first withdrawal and may also be triggered by unusual account activity. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of your payment method.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on b77 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). b77 accepts funding via Philippine bank transfer, online banking, mobile banking, and eligible local e-wallets such as GCash or Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on b77.

Deposits are typically credited to your b77 account balance promptly, subject to your bank or e-wallet's processing times. b77 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited must be your own. b77 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to originate from a third-party source, b77 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

b77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested from your b77 account balance to a verified Philippine bank account or eligible e-wallet. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed in full.

b77 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that are verified in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. b77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

b77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or where a compliance or verification review is ongoing.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on b77 — whether on sports, live casino, slot games, or other casino products — are subject to b77's general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or market.

Bets are final once confirmed. b77 does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed, except in circumstances where a game error or technical fault has occurred and b77 determines that a void is appropriate.

b77 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A palpable error in odds or game configuration is identified.
• A technical fault has materially affected the outcome of a game or event.
• The bet was placed using an automated system or bot.
• Fraudulent activity or collusion is suspected.

Winnings from voided bets will be returned to your account balance. b77's decisions on bet settlement are final subject to the formal dispute process described in b77's support policy.

7. Bonuses & Promotions
